no you don't. you want to lose weight, and that's fine. but you don't need to lose weight; human bodies need flesh and fat to survive: it's amazing how much energy it needs to pull those twenty seven muscles into a smile or forty four muscles into a frown.
you want to lose wieght, because you're not happy about how you look. and that's fine - go ahead
but don't say you NEED to lose weight, because you don't. there's a difference ... please remember that.

you don't need to lose weight you are 14 the normal weiht for a 14 year old is about 118 so you don't need to lose weight.
