I am really trying to lose weight. My goal is 30. But i feel like im just gaining everyday. But i lose 3 pounds just to end up putting them back on... I try to eat healthy and i work out a lot. I try to at least twice a day. I do wii biggest loser, my own workouts, and the elliptical. But all I wanna do is eat. I eat 4-5 meals a day. I eat healthy. I work out at least twice a day. But I still just wanna eat. I was told to go on a low carb diet. But im not sure how.
I need good workout ideas. Good things to eat. Ways to not want to stuff my face with junk. And how to go on a low carb diet. 
 Guys, Please help

if you work out a lot you're going to gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat, but that's a good thing because muscle looks way better than fat and takes up less space. DON'T go on a low-carb diet, that's extremely bad for you. just try and avoid packaged food and drink 8 glasses of water a day
