Day 1
-
Today I am simply laying out a
plan of attack.
I'm making a list of goals,
things I want to achieve by the end.
So far I've gotten through new foods that are healthier
replacements for the fatty, sugary things I'm eating on a
regular basis that I know aren't good for my body. I've
also gotten through a list of exercises I know are easy for me,
and I can do. I feel like having a plan is a good idea for not
only weight loss, but for anything you wish to achieve. I am also
planning to take a picture after every week. Then catalog them to
be able to see the pysical changes at the end. Right now I'm
not getting into specific details, or else this post would be
ridiculously long. I am writing it all down, just not on here. I
have my starting weight, and what I want to weight at the end of
all of this. I suprised mself again when I stepped on the scale
and I'm done. It's time for me to change into a healthier
person.
No more saying, today I start
doing.

I'm just letting you know, everything you're doing is worth it. Trust me, if you continue this, you will reach your goal.
I'm 13 years old and I've been working out for about a month and a half and I went from 132lbs (that's more than what my mom weighs) to 117lbs.
Trust me, keep going! If you need anyone to talk to about fitness and anything else I'm here (:
