The bomber from Boston was obviously domestic. Minimal damage to buildings. No reasons why. They knew everything about the marathon with the security sweeps and all. A foreign terrorist would have had the most damage aroud them possible. They would preach why they chose to do this. They'd have no idea about what was going on at the marathon and frankly wouldn't care. I'm from the Middle East. I know their signatures. This bomber was domestic, and it is obvious.
