really need help and I know it. But I just can't ask for it.
And don't bother telling me I can come to you. I don't know
you people. I want someone that I know and can talk to in person,
but that'll never happen....

Well the first person I told was my best friend that i've known since 4th grade.. But she couldnt really truly help because shes the same age as me, going through all the same things.. So eventually I told my mom. It wasnt easy &me and my didnt get along all too well then, but she has helped me alot.. She took me to therapy &i know it doesnt sound like something youd want trust me i hated it at first.. But i got used to it and it became a comforting thing for me.. There not there to judge you or tell you your wrong, theyre there to help
