Let's be honest here. Whatever you're doing right now is NOT helping your self-esteem. As much as you might hate running, just go for a jog once day. It doesn't have to be an extensive workout, just do it to clear your mind. Then when you get home, instead of cutting .. eat an apple, a steak, or some broccoli. Those don't get you fat. Meat will actually make you more fit than you are.I think all your followers would feel blessed to see if you are happy again <3
