Holding On

Intro ~ 

Have you ever felt . . . numb? Like, you don't really feel anything, happy, sad, joyful. Nothing? 
I have, it's a weird feeling, but I've gotten used to it. It's like . . .
I don't feel pretty, or ugly, I don't feel anything, actually.
I don't really agree with people who tell me that I'm pretty, or thin. I go along with it and act like everything's fine, and they don't think anything of it. The insults though?
They still hurt. No matter what. No matter how numb I feel. They just . . . sting. 
I barely try anymore. I mean, what's the point? No matter how hard I try someone is going to tell me something that I'm doing wrong. That's how it works.
I'm nearly nineteen, and have no idea how I'm still here.
My parents abandoned me and my younger sister, Alex, we currently live with our grandmother, because I simply can't afford to live by myself, or with Alex.
She barely remembers our parents, she was so little. I was six when they left. Alex was two.
She's currently fifteen. I guess I'm still here for her.

Okay guys, unless you people can give me ideas for my current story, I'm going to make a new one. Maybe I'll finish it later? I don't really know, I'm kinda just. Meh. Anyways, these are both fan-fics, vote which one you like the most down in the comments!
