I've decided to eat less. Like a lot less. I'm still going to eat on occasion, because I don't want my mom to get suspicious. But I don't like my body. I used to. But I've gained about ten pounds in only one month and I hate it. I'm 13, 14 November 2. This morning I was 100 pounds. I know lots of people are my age and weigh much more than I do, but I don't care. I'm not happy this way. I looked in my mirror and all I saw was my stomach. Fat. Everyday, all day, I suck in my tummy so I look smaller. But I don't want to have to do that. I want that tiny waist without having to constantly suck in my fat. I will drink at least one protein shake a day so i remain healthy, it even says "meal replacement" on the package. its like they new i needed it.So, from this point on, it's just protein shakes and the occasional snack.

Thats not healthy for your body, how tall are you? If you are taller than 5'0 then you shouldn't be less than 100 pounds. Plus you are 13, everyone goes through an awkward stage at that time. Just try cutting out sweets, don't take protein shakes they are nasty... Drink 100% real fruit smoothies and eat healthy things, also I would try joining a sport. I'm in dance so its like my excersise and it keeps me healthy. Just don't turn into those girls who stuff themselves with diet pills and think they are worthless unless they look perfect <3

I love protein shakes, it's homemade (except for the powder that makes them healthy) I'm 5,3 ish and I do cheering and softball. Other than the shakes I'm just going to cut out most of my food because I don't like my stomach that's all. Once I like the way I look I will go back to a regular diet. I'm perfectly healthy, and I'm going to stay healthy. I'm also going to start doing daily excersize starting tomorrow, mostly things to strengthen my core. Don't worry, I'm perfectly fine. I would never take a diet pill and I know I'm not worthless, but thanks for the concern ;)

I know that you want to loose weight, but replacing meals with shakes is not a good idea. They aren't really meant as meal replacers, but more of fillers in between meals. My advice is to eat three healthy meals a day and maybe a snack bar (healthy ones) in between. Since your active, you need to have more than shakes in your diet

Just to make this clear, I LOVE FOOD. I still drink those shakes because they are yummy, but I eat a lot. More than I probably should hahaha
