Today I took a good look at myself.
I stood infront of the mirror
& grabbed a washable marker.
I wrote down every flaw I saw.
Everything I hated about myself.
Every mean word I've ever been called.
My entire body was covered
head to toe in marker.
Then, I took a shower and washed all those
filthy disgusting words off of my body.
Becasue I wont let words define me anymore.
