Yes. George is my nickname from my grandpa and my chosen name so I added an i because it was cute, people call me Boo, and I love you, so... That pretty much sums it up :) - It's mainly because it's cute, but it has a meaning, a story, behind all that...

i do too my name is olivia(for the O) and my last name is henry so my teacher started calling me ohenry(he gives everyone nicknames in my grade) and my moms teacher used to call her it and my gradpa got called it too :)
