aha, I was very shocked. I remember downing some very strong wine right after he told me, and it's still not totally sunk in. I won't give up though. It's going to be a struggle, I know that, but when I say I'm there for someone, I mean it, even if they change gender, because it doesn't make them different as a person. :3 He said something about he'd be able to have T injections earlier if he got a girlfriend who know about him (that he's a girl), and I'm thinking I might let him say he's with me. I mean if it's going to make him happy. (': I'll have a massive chat with him tomorrow about everything and find out what's what, because obviously it's still very early, and I want to make sure that this is defiantly what he wants to do.
Not meaning that I'm trying to tear him away from it, but this is a massive decision and I want to make sure it's what he wants to do before anything major happens and he won't be able to change back, if this is making any sense? D; xo

Thank you, it really does mean a lot. and thanks for the tip! Everything is just really confusing atm, because it's not been that long and I'm still in the habit of saying Shannon, she, and hers. Like, they just come out. I will try my hardest though, and if the wrong pronoun slips out again, I shall correct myself! :3 and I'm really sorry your friends weren't supportive, and if you ever need someone to chat to, then please don't hesitate to do so! and thanks guys, I'll tell him tomorrow when I see him. :3 xo

wow. you are SUCH an a amazing friend. If my bestfriend did that i would still be bestfriends with her but i would be very shocked. my cousin went from a guy to a girl and this was years ago but im still not sure how to act around her. youre amazing<3

Waaaiittttttt.... Just a bit of a tip, if Shane identifies as male, you should use masculine pronouns (he, him, his) unless told otherwise, 'cause correct pronouns are like hugs!

OMFG. I... You are amazing, literally. It warms my heart. When I came out as transgender, my best friend was in no way as amazing as you were to your friend. They've told me that they struggle with my identity, forget my name, call me a girl, and have used petty stereotypes against me. - Tell Shane good luck for me, and that I'm jealous of him!!!!

Thank you, so much. (': I'm nothing special though. I'm just someone who tries to be nice. :3 I mean, I've grown up around gay people, and I started watching documentaries from a young age, and idk, respecting people and treating them equally is just something that's always made sense to me. and I know how tough it is, I'm still in the process of coming out that I'm bi, and it is tough, but you have to put yourself in their shoes. If it was you, how would you want people to react? Quite frankly I'd want people to accept me, which I guess is why I don't tend to freak out. Anyway, I've rambled on enough. I just thought I'd try and explain how I think. {: xo
