HAH! You're all wrong. The song is about NETBALL! Flo Rida is a big fan of netball and is qualified to umpire netball and the song is about teaching newbies to umpire at netball. When you look at the lyrics you can see where it comes from. Google it. And we are all just dirty-minded ;)
