I ve never gotten it before but my brother has because he had to get like 2 or 3 rute canals andI think he said it made his nose feel funny...and my parents wouldn't give him anything he had to chew because i don't think he could feel anything in his mouth.

hay there girl!! I had the same thing. the shot doesnt hurt at all!! they put ,you on laughing gas so it makes you not think of it

Well...They aren't bad,it just looks kinda scary when a shot is coming at your mouth! I close my eyes when they have it out because it's kinda scary lookin!! But it depends on who you have for a dentist, like I used to go to this one where the shots really hurt and so every time I had to get cavities filled, I would get panic attacks and have really bad anxiety!! But then I started to go to a different dentist, and I couldn't even feel the numbing shot!! So, it does just really depend. But anyways, if you do happen to have a dentist that can't make the shot hurt less, then it will only hurt for like 4 or 5 seconds, if I'm remembering right. Take this from a girl who has had probably 18 or 19 of these shots done before!!

i only got nitrus oxide, so i think if you want you can get that stuff. other than that it hurt for a little while and then it was gone.

I've had 11 :P ummmm they put jellyness in ur mouth first so u wont feel the shot its like someone pinching the nside of ur cheek if that makes sense don't be scared u can't actually feel it u just hear like strange noises and it's fine

hi :) well... for me, the shot itself didnt hurt, just when the medicine was going into my gums and doing its job was pretty painful... not to scare you... :) ps- i HATE shots too but its rlly not thatbad (now that i just told u it hurts lol im no help) =) good luck!

They numbed my gum with a gel and I couldn't feel the shot at all. And then after a while of them drilling and filling in my tooth it was fine. No pain at all.
