Chapter 31
  
Harry's POV-
"She what?!?!" I scream, clinging to Louis's arm.
"She-" the officer starts.
"I heard what you said! Why won't she talk!?" I yell.
"Because, this guy brought up a subject that came up in her past. I don't know what it is, but if you have any information about it, then that would help." he replies.
I look to Louis, who looks at Niall, who looks at Zayn, who looks at Liam, with wide eyes. He nods and takes a breath.
He tells the officer all that Destiny told us, adding detail. I cringe at some parts. The officer takes notes on a little pad of paper.
When he finishes, the officer puts away his notepad.
"And how do you all know her?" he asks.
"I'm her boyfriend." I state.
"And we're her be-" Liam starts. "We're her brothers." Louis finishes.
The police man nods. "Come on, I'll give you all a ride to the hospital, maybe you can get something out of her."
We nod and follow him to a police car. I sit in the passenger seat and the guys cram into the back.
We drive to the hospital which is about 15 minutes away, and we're all really antsy by the time we pull into the parking lot.
We all open the doors and run out and into the building. "Destiny Johnson!" Zayn tells the nurse at the counter.
"Room 317. Down the hall to the left." she grumbles in a monotone voice.
We all run to the room. "Stop!" Liam whispers loudly. He knocks on the door, then opens it.
There we see Destiny, sitting straight up on the bed, with her knees tucked up under her chin, staring at the pale white wall.
I walk over to the bed and kneel down on the ground and take her hand in mine. She flinches, but doesn't pull away. I run my thumb over the top of her hand, then she scooches over to the other side of the bed. I don't know if this means she wants me to go away, or if she wants me to sit next to her.
I climb up on the bed next to her, and put my arm around her. She flinches again, but doesn't pull away. "Destiny?" I whisper, but she just keeps staring at the wall. Doesn't even blink. I look towards the boys, who gesture for me to go on.
I lean back against the stale hospital pillows, and let out a deep sigh. I close my eyes.
"Destiny, please, talk to me. Everything is okay, you're safe now. Please." I whisper, softly stroking her hair. But she doesn't answer.
I groan and a tear slides down my face. Louis sees that I'm crying and runs over to me.
He wraps his arms around my shoulders, and I bury my head in his chest.
"I lost her Lou. She's gone." I whisper, sobs escaping my lips.
"Shh, you didn't lose her Haz, she's still there. It'll be okay. Don't cry." he soothes. I nod and pull away. Louis motions for the other boys to go out of the room. They hesitate, but walk out, and close the door behind them, leaving Destiny and I alone.
"Destiny, it will be okay. I know you're there somewhere. Michael is behind bars again, and he will be for a long, long time. I promise. I'll keep you safe Destiny. W-when you turn 18, we can move in to a flat together, just you and me. We'll be happy. Please Destiny, it's okay. Please. Please answer." I whisper, stroking her hair again.
I look at her, and I can see her eyes watering up. A tear slips down her cheek and she slowly nods her head.

This chapter sucks lololol ok. SEE WHAT I DID THERE. ROOM 317. EH EH. LOL.
