Note-Chapter 17 FIRST CONCERT!xxK
Before stepping on that stage it was fair enough to say we were all
freaking out. And when I say freaking out, I mean freaking out.
Startstruck had gone to number one within 30 minutes of it's
first playing which was hugely gratifying. It also meant that it
was hard for us to go out in public anymore. It was crazy. It was
like we were.....famous.
The guys had tried to reassure us a little but it was no use. Bec
even started crying at some point. We hadn't chosen our own
stage clothes but the stylists were great. We were all wearing some
form of gold. Amy was wearing a slimky gold minidress (for BooBoo
who was in the crowd), Phoebe was totally pulling off gold hot
pants, Dianna was wearing massive gold high heels, Bec was in a
gold miniskirt and I had a gold tanktop. The rest of our outfits
were mainly black. Our make up was also incredible. The make up
artist had added temporary gold streaks to my fiers hair and we had
big Adele eyelashes and a light gold shimmer dusting our faces and
bodies to make us sparkle.
It was our turn to go on.
Screams and cheers filled the arena aswe walked on stage.
"Hello England!" Dianna cried. The cheering
continued.
"Now, who's excited for One Direction!" Phoebe teased
the crowd. THe screaming intensified. I was literally shaking.
There were thousands of screaming girls and cameras everywhere.
"Well, sorry but you have to put up with us first!" I
joked.
"THe boys are having their nails done," Amy grinned.
Thankfully, the drowd laughed and somone yelled out "Not
surprising!"
we all laughed. Oh, how we laughed.
"Now this first track is called Beautiful," Bec started.
We jumped behind our instruments as Amy started the bass.
I joined in on the snare and Bec's beautiful voice spread all
over the arena.
We went through four songs until I got up from behind the drums and
Phoebe took my place. I stood next to Bec. "Now, thankyou all
for getting us to number one!" I cheered.
"I bet you guys are feeling a bit like this song," Bec
joked. Starstruck started playing as we sang.
We took out bows to earpeircing cheers.
The cheers reached a crescendo as we heard the boys come on
stage.
"Best. Experience. EVER!" Phoebe
grinned.
