no, its not funny, sorry, but my friends mum has that shes petriffied to go near water. becuse she drowned,but got help after. so they hate going near water, because they remeber what happened

Ok that's funny but its an actual fear because some people aren't afraid if the shower or bathtub itself but they could have had traumatizing memories that are always brought back up when in the bathtub or shower. example: a girl, as punishment whenever she did something bad, was forced to sit in freezing cold bath water and have her parents repeatably dunk her head in the water (could have killed her). a boy was forced to sit in the bathtub while his parents cut his wrists, trying to kill him. etc.
