To the one's who self harm; 
Please stop. Yes, I know why you do it, cause I do it to. I also know its hard, cause when no ones there for you, self harm is. & no, self harm isn't just cutting..  Self harm is starving, cutting, burning, ext. The point is, do you really want to have a daughterm or son & notice that you're beyond skinny, or you have cutting scars, or burning scars and have them think it's okay to do it? I know it seems like the only thing you can do. But listen. Talk to someone, if no one's there for you, talk to me. Cause I'm here. Listen to music, go for a walk. Do something, but just don't hurt yourself. ♥
