AN UNEXPECTED LOVE
A One Direction Story
Chapter 1
"Flight 305 to London, England, will be departing in five minutes. Last call for flight 305 to London." It was time for me to leave my home country for a year. I would be attending the University of Oxford for a year, maybe more depending on how I liked it. I've heard London is very different than American, but I was ready for a change. I grabbed my carry-on bag and went to board the plane that would take me to my new life for a year. Once we were well into the flight, I took out my iPod and stuck my headphones into my ears. I drowned out the rest of the world, letting the sound of Train fill my ears. After a long plane ride, I finally arrived at my destination. I got off of the plane and went to the baggage claim. I found the two suitcases that had my name scribbled on the tag with a heart next to it. I grabbed it, and waited for my duffel bag to show up. 
"Harley. That's a pretty name." said a voice from behind me. I turned around and found myself looking into the most beautiful green eyes I had ever seen. 
"Thanks." I mumbled, spotting my duffel bag, and walking to the other side of the baggage claim to retrieve it. I started walking to the exit, but stopped once I realized that I wasn't alone. 
"Do you want something?" I asked, shocked by how rude my tone was. 
"No. I'm suprised you didn't either." the guy said. His curly brown hair fell right above his eyes, and I had to admit he was pretty attractive. Plus his accent was adorable. What would I want from him? I didn't even know the guy. Before I could respond, a tall blonde walked up next to us. 
"There you are Harry! I've been looking everywhere for you! Are you ready to go?" exclaimed the girl. So his name was Harry. 
"Yeah, I'll catch up with you in a few." he said, wanting rather to stay here and talk with me instead of the girl who was vying for his attention. 
"Okay. The car will be here in five." she said, and walked off, jealousy in her eyes. 
"Are you here on vacation?" he asked, genuinely curious. 
"Actually I'm here for university. Ever heard of Oxford?" I asked, even though it was obvious he had. You could tell by the look in his eyes. 
"Wow. That's a tough school to get into. My friends and I spend a lot of time in London. Maybe we could get together sometime. When you're not too busy with your studies." he said, and I was wondering why he was being so nice to a person he had met all of five minutes ago. 
"We'll see. Now if you'll excuse me, my taxi's here." I said, seeing the sign that read "Harley to Oxford." I walked voer to the driver, and he took my luggage. When I turned around, Harry gave me a dazzling smile and a wave. I swear I could feel myself blushing the whole car ride to Oxford.

sorry it's a slow start! the characters will be introduced slowly, but once the plot gets started, it will be good(:
