I still love you.

Chapter 7.
  We all woke up around 11:00 the next morning.
My neck felt stiff from sleeping in such an awkward position.
"You guys just wanna grab breakfast from that little cafe` on the beach today?" Ainsley asked tiredly, rubbing here eyes.
"Sure." Brynn replied.
I nodded my head in agreement, I was not awake enough to form words yet.
We got up and gathered all of the blankets, taking them inside.
Luckily, Brynn and I had left swim suits and coverups here a few weeks ago, so we just changed into them.
I threw my hair up in a messy bun, then applied some of Ainsley's makeup to my own eyes and face.
Brynn did the same.
"You guys ready?" Ainsley asked us, slipping on a pair of flip flops.
"Yeah." I muttered groggily, still not very awake.
I put on my aviators, then my bag.
I threw in some money left in my shorts from last night, and a clean beach towel.
I figured that we would probably be staying at the beach to tan after breakfast anyways.
"Oh my gosh, why does it have to be so freaking hot out!" Brynn complained, dragging her feet.  "Can you carry me Kadri?" She then begged.
"You're so lazy." I teased her, rolling my eyes, helping her up onto my back.
"And you're not." She smiled.  "And that's why we're friends."
"So I can carry you places?" I laughed.
"Pretty much." She said, laying her head down on my shoulder.
When we were within about 20 yards of the Sal's Cafe`, I noticed that the guys were already there, eating.
Clearly, Ainsley had texted one of them and told him we were going to be here.
"Can I please put you down now?" I huffed, out of breath.
Brynn was pretty lite, but everybody gets heavy after awhile.
"No! Just a few more feet!" She pleaded.
"Ugh, fine." I sighed, re-adjusting her on my back.
"You can do this Kadri!  I belive in you!" She coached me, giggling.
I managed to slap her a little, but she just continued to laugh.
"Oh my gosh, finally!" I exclaimed, dropping Brynn.  "We're here!"
"Ouch!" She grumbled, rubbing where I had dropped her.  "You couldn't have given me a little warning?!"
"Whoops." I said sarcastically.  "Sorry."
I smiled at here, laughing.
I guess that was payback for her making me carry her the whole way here.
We went up to the front of the cafe`, where the buffet was set up.
After choosing our meals, we payed, then sat down next to the guys.
"You guys really got an early start this morning." Cade teased, stating the fact that we were eating breakfast and it was almost noon.
"I'm not a morning person." Ainsley said defensivly, setting her tray down next to his.
"That makes two of us." I muttered, piling a fork full of scrambled eggs into my mouth.
When we finally finished, the guys followed us to an un-crowded area on the beach.
Ainsley, Brynn, and I, all layed our beach towels out onto the sand.
"You fun killers.  You're not really going to waste a perfectly good day tanning, are you?"  Conner aksed us.
"Mmhmm." Ainsley replied amused, laying herself down on the towel.
The guys all huddled in a circle, whispering about something.
"I swear, if any of you lay a finger on me, I will cut your d*cks off."  Brynn threatened them.
I laughed into my towel.
"Go!" I then heard Owen shout from behind us.
I felt a pair of hands grab my waist and carry me down towards the water on his shoulder.
I knew right away that it was Connor.
I was surprised they got him to come near me, much less carry me.
I kicked my legs, trying to break myself free from his grip, but it was useless.
"Conner! Please don--"
My body plummitted into the cold, refreshing water.
I felt myself sinking deeper and deeper, that's when I finally got the sense to start making my way back to the surface.
I tried kicking my legs, but they wouldn't budge.
Then, I tryed moving my arms, but they too remained motionless.
It's like my body was frozen.
Save me, I wanted to cry out, but I knew no one would--could, hear me.
As seconds went by, I was losing more and more oxygen.
Then suddenly,
everything blacked out.

 This chapter took way longer than it should have because witty decided to delete the quote before I finished typing it.  So I had to start over half way through.  Yeah, I was not happy.  I just finished driver's ed, but track just started too.  So you guys might as well expect 2-3 days to go by between chapters. Sorrrrrry:(  I'm busy with school, sports, and everything else.  I really am trying my best to add more chapters though.  Thanks for being patient everyone.♥
