Don't hate yourself for that at all!
It was with someone you love.
You're gunna lose it one day anyways, and if your boyfriend cried about it, it means he didnt use you for , which would have made the situation so much worse than it is.
Really, I wouldnt worry about it&hearts;
If anyone says something about, tell them to go and love someone as much as you do your boyfriend and not have any physical relationship? &hearts;

Trust me it will be okay. I was just wondering if you used protection because that is really important. but losing you virgenity at 14 is okay, its not proballery the best age and you weren't ready but you can learn from your mistake and its really good that you and your boyfriend both agree about it. Don't feel dirty or disgusting feel happy that you can reflect and know that you did something that you weren't ready for. Have you told your mum yet? becuase it is always better to have someone to talk to about and telling your mum would be nice and explain to her that you regreat it and explain that you feel dirty and horrible and she will have comforting words to say. Its proballery best if you don't tell too many poeple about it because all sorts of horrible rumors can start and things but maybe if you have a really clsoe friend and you feel like you need to tell her you can do that because botteling things up never work and can make you feel worse. Stay strong and im here if you need to talk to someone. :)

sweetie, i know it sounds like the end of the world and its a good thing you regret it, but dont let it bring you down. just use this as an example to change, and in the future make sure you are ready, and you will now know the difference. feeling bad about it shows that you have standards and that you actually care...if you didn't feel like this, there WOULD be something to worry about. but youwill be fine, i promise<3 stay strong, and don't let people get to you! ill be here for you girl!

It took a lot of courage to be honest with yourself. You seem like a sweet person with a good head on her shoulders. You are not dirty or disgusting! you're human. It sucks that you regret it but everything happens for a reason. Live.Learn.Laugh. sweetie please listen to me. my boyfriend & i tried to have when I was fourteen it only lasted a second so i really dont consider that my first time, but either way I felt every single emotion that is in your quote. honestly it's like i couldve wrote this a year ago. i hated myself for it, i felt dirty and horrible. my boyfriend said all the same things that your boyfriend did & we cried together. it was horrible. i felt so broken. i clung to him, because i knew that if he had left i would probably die. but we stuck by each other. i put the thought out of my head. it was so hard. i couldnt sleep or eat or barely even come out of my room to see anyone other then my boyfriend for awhile. but i got over it. it still makes me sad that i lost it so young...but now i know that it isnt so bad. i know it was the right person and i love him. it brought us closer. after that night we didnt do it again until this past summer & i was 15. now it happened a few times & i can definitely tell you that its better. it makes you feel closer to him & more in love. just bbelieve me please. you're not disgusting or dirty or a or anything else. dont make yourself feel that way. remember that you did it out of LOVE. you didnt do it drunk to some guy you dont even know. it was with your boyfriend WHO LOVES YOU. you did it to express your feelings to each other. you may be young, but youre in love. i know exactly how it feels & i promise, give it a week or so & youll feel a lot better. i am ALWAYS available to talk. i understand you completely. please stay strong love.

i lost my virginity at 14 too. i regret it too, but its something you have to try and forget. it will be hard, but you can do it. i did and it has made me a better person. just dont pressure your self into having again till your ready and you have a person in your life that you know you want to have with

hey sweetie, the teenage years are full of mistakes. Don't let this one ruin your life. I promise you things will get better. Don't let that ruin your relationship with your boyfriend. You can't take it back, so don't live in the past. Accept what you've done, learn from it and move on. Don't feel dirty or disgusting, don't hate yourself. We all make mistakes and I can promise you things are going to get better, trust me on this one.

We're teenagers, we make stupid mistakes but that's how we learn.
