You could always go the old fashioned way, and have your boyfriend ask your dad to have his permission to date you. He'd seem mature and responsible, and you're dad would probably respect him for that.

Or you could go up to him and say "Hey dad, so I've been thinking and, I'm 15, a sophomore in highschool, and I'm really really responsible. Can I have a boyfriend? Please?"
Then you could go off saying how you'd take it slow, and not let him pressure you

you should have your boyfriend ask your dad, so that your boyfriend or the guy you like seems kind, thoughtful, and responsible.

You should show him first that your responsible enough. Promise to not let your grades slip and not to completely forget about the rest of the world. If he says no, don't argue. Ask him again another time, after you get like, an A on a math quiz or something to prove you're responsible enough :]
