Everyone would care.
Your enemies would blame it on themselves for making your life worse. That guy you like? He'll think he would've been able to save you if he had cared for you a bit more. The guy that likes you would be heartbroken that he wouldn't be able to see you, talk to you, just know that you're alive. All your friends would regret the times they've insulted you (even if they were joking), and your best friend wouldn't be able to live with herself for not being able to help. Think about your parents, walking into your room and finding your dead body on the floor, knowing it's too late. The principal and teachers at your school telling everybody, fighting back tears while everyone else is crying.
And I would care too. I don't know you, but that doesn't matter. You mean something, even if it's a little thing, to every single person on this planet. Don't ever forget that.

i would care, please don't. life is beautiful and will get better. its worth it to live. I learned this when i almost threw myself off of a ski lift 2 months ago. my life got better and i promise yours will too
