A kindergarten teacher tells the class..."I will call each one of you up at a time, and you will draw something on the board for me."

She called one kid up named Tommy. So Tommy went up to the board and drew a dot.

Teacher: Tommy...what did you draw?

Tommy: I drew a period.

Teacher: What does is the period?

Tommy: I don't know. All i know is that my older sister missed her's this morning and my dad freaked out and i found her in the closet sleeping. I tried to wake her up...but she was really tired.
