People don't get it.
The way I think. I think in calories. Food is an enemy to me. Every calorie is one more pound of fat I'll eventually gain. Every calorie is an insult added. Every calorie is like a drop of poison. I don't think like everyone else. Food is bad. Very bad. I dread eating, and feel guilty afterwards. They try to make me eat. They try to make me think like them. But that isn't how my brain works. Hunger is good. Feeling full is bad.

I'm telling my guidence counselor tomorrow. About the cutting, and about how I think I have anorexia. I can do this. And anyone who is reading this who cuts or starves, you can do it too. It may seem hard at first. to work up the courage, but it'll be worth it. And anyone thinking about cutting, don't do it. Things will get better. It's addictive, and hard to stop. You think you'll be able to, but you won't. Talk to someone. Tell them how you feel. Talk to me even. You aren't alone. I promise.
