It's terrifying... I can't stand that feeling in my heart. I can't place it, there's no soothing it, and all I want to do it just rip it right out of my chest. I've gotten a little better at avoiding situations that cause them... mostly stress, but also fear. It's taken years to overcome, but they happen rather infrequently now.
