it makes me so sad whenever i see quotes like this :( losing weight doesnt make you feel any better about yourself...if you are uncomfortable with who you are, no amount of weight loss is ever going to fix that. society and its idea of beauty. i bet youre an absolute bombshell in your bikini! dont try to lose weight in an attempt to make yourself more confident. in reality, you'll just develop an obsession with it, to the point where no amount of weight loss is enough and you'll never been happy with yourself. dont waste so much time and energy trying to change your body when you are drop-dead gorgeous just the way you are! your curves are what makes you beautiful! please dont try to take them away! all the number on the scale reflects is the force of gravity being exerted on the earth...it doesnt tell you how kind, sweet, funny, and beautiful you are! keep your head up gorgeous...learn to love who you are :] stay beautiful xoxox

It makes a lot of sense to do it for faves, not because you actually want to be healthier/look better. /sarcasm

And um did you know you have to change your diet anyways? I hope you're not expecting to be able to eat junk food and then cancel it by the activity..

You may be doing this to be healthy, there's nothing wrong with that! But society convinces us that to be beautiful you have to be skinny, flawless skin, perfect smile. when in reality, true beauty is keeping a smile on your face, having a warm and open heart, and accepting others. If you don't think you're beautiful just the way you are, it's not your outside that needs to be changed, it's your definition of beauty. I love you, and I wish you the best of luck < 3

I wishh you all the besstt throughout your journey to a better life(: But I looked at your pro pic, &you're beautiful! Honestly, I don't think you do need to lose weight, but if you strongly feel that you do, I suggest you dontt thinkk of it as a DIEt. Cuuz that isnt fun(; Want motivation? Buy a shirt from a store. Make sure its the PRETTIEST shirt you have ever seen. Once you bought it, hang it up somewhere you're always looking, such as yourr bedroom door. So, when you need motivation think: "I WANNA WEAR THAT." &Set a goal for yourself: Is there a special event you wanna wear it to? I.E; Birthday? 1st day of school? Keep working towards your goal!!!

hi, you're gonna do great, just saying I just lost 10 pounds. do you have a local gym or something to join? or maybe just long walks or jogs, that always got me started. just keep trying, &if it doesn't work out, you're beautiful just the way you are.

i had the same prob. motivation helps a lot so i understand why you would do this(: ur no where NEAR fat so go look in the mirror and say "I'm beautiful just the way i am." ♥
