i agree 100% you only rarely see new people in top quotes it always the same people with just alright quotes when other people with good quotes only get like 5 or 6 favvs when they should be in top quotes

totally, like wittygirl2010.
honestly, i really don't like most of her quotes, but she always gets hundreds of faves & like 1000 followers just because they see who made the quote & the fave it just for the reason of who made it, which i find unfair.
