I used to burn myself w/ hair clips. Hurt like hell. Intill my guy bestfriend knew I did it. He didn't even have to look at my wrist, he knew. He made me promise to stop. It took a while, but I'm glad I stopped.

i agree. i used to cut. my bestfriend used to cut. the only thing i learnt from it, is you've gotta stop in your own time and as long as your careful, there's no harm in it. it takes the emotional pain away and focuses on the physical for some people. you just need to be there for her x
