Almost Lovers
As i covered his pictures with blankets, tears stream down my face like a river flowing. I miss him, a lot. I never knew i could feel this way. It feels like someone just stabbed me in the heart, but i don't care if it really happened. Sometimes i wish it would. I lost my almost lover and it all started the last day of graduation.
We just got graduated!Class of 1890! It the best feeling to know that there is no more school unless you want to go to college, which is what Adam and i are planning to do, if we raise enough money. We say bye to our friends and hop into his mustang. "Hey Mand?"
"Yeah?" I answer back. "In my backpack, in the first pocket, i have my shades in their. Would you mind gettin them?" Adam asks.
I hop into the back seat and pull his backpack out from underneath the seat. I open the first pocket. "Hey babe, I don't see your shades. Maybe you left them at home." "No, im sure i didn't darling." Adam says like he is anxious for something. I look again and this time harder, i look and i look and them i see something. Something that looks like a ring carrier. I pull it out and open it. Inside their is a magnificent ring that is silver and it was obvious that it had carrots! "Adam?!?!?!" Is this for me?" I shove the ring into his face. "Well if you say yes it will be!" He answers. "AHHHHHHHH!" i scream with excitement. "Yes,yes,yes,yes,yes." I could say it a million times if i wanted to! "Well, I think i got a new fiance! Adam snickers. "You sure do!"
We were both nineteen. Young and in love. People try to break us up, but it couldn't work. Everyday Saturday night we would have 'Our Night', where we would hang out and talk and do some other stuff that, well, i probably shouldn't repeat! We were so in love, but only one thing hurt us, and that was Nothing!
Adam drives off to Birch Bay. It was the perfect day to go cuz the sun was blisterin hot and the water was cool!We get there and we take off our graduation suits and underneath we had our water suits on, we came prepared. Me and Adam always go to the beach!Its our beach. Someday i'd like to buy it and name it Adam And Mands Beach. My real names Amanda, but my nickname for Adam is Mands! We get there and lay our towels right next to each other so their tounchin. We stick a umbrella in the ground so the sun don't get in our eyes. Me and Adam lay on our towels. It was a little boring until he pulled me closer. Adam pulled me on top of him and wrapped his arms around me. We laugh and giggle. We both lean in at the same time and wooo, man the was he best kiss/make out session, what ever you liked to call it, i ever had! We closed our eyes and our lips touched. He tasted like sweet candy! His lips werent rough, they were smooth and soft and they sunk into mine. After a minute or two we pull a part and giggle. "Where did ya put that ring?" Adam asks. I pull it out and hand it to him. He holds my hand and gently puts the ring on me. We kiss again. We pulls me up and takes my hand and holds it as we run to roaring beach.
