You're my only sister, and you're five years older than me. I feel like I don't really see you a lot, (that may be my fault or it may be yours, I'm honestly not sure) but we've never really been close. Yes, I did tell you about the whole Max incident, and you listened, but you never really understand me, or what you were like five years ago. We're just so different. You act how you want to act, and you wear what you wanna wear, no matter what people think or say or do about it. I guess I admire you for this(kind of, not really) but it also makes me cringe. today in my car i passed a homeless man on a bench....
he was holding a sign saying: HOMELESS AND HUNGRY.. GOD BLESS
i turned my head away and in the corner of my eye i saw him lower
his sign, all defeat showing in his face. slowly he lowered his head and a single tear ran down his dirty face. i told my mom after going down the road for about a mile. we quickly turned around. i watched
his expression as he saw our car... it looked like complete hope if
i ever saw it. my mom handed him a $20. he was speechless. all
he could say was "God bless you." in the short seconds that it took us to turn around the car... he was already half way down the street...
headed straight toward the store. <3

How it should always be.
Its 6:00 in the mourning and we have been up all night, just sitting out in the rain and talking about absolutly nothing. His friend and him decide they want to go for a swim, but I decide to go in the tent and get at least a little bit of sleep. In no time at all I'm out like a light, but next thing I know is he is creeping into the tent and onto the twin mattress I had fallen asleep on. I check my phone and its 6:30. He puts one of his arms underneath my neck and places his hand on my sholder, the other curled around my rib cage, his hand lay ontop of mine and our fingers intertwine. "You smell like a wet person" he laughs and quietly whispers in my ear. "You smell like the lake" I turn my head and smile at him. I lock my free hand with his and turn my head. "Alright I'm goin to bed" he says, but never lets go of my hands. I close my eyes and time my breathing with his. But as I do so I cant help but feel how natural it was to feel his heart beat against me, to feel his hot breath on the back of my neck. I cant help but think that thats how it should be, thats how it should always be between us.
100% the truth, i wish i could keep reliving it. but i cant have him cuz my best frend likes him and she wasnt to happy wen she woke up and saw him and i like that, fast asleep. fml.!

Chapter 20
Kacie looked at me, then at Justin, and slapped him across the face.She used the classic "He came on to me" excuse. Justin just sat there holding his hand to his cheek and staring at me. I was so angry, how could they do this to me!? I trusted both of them, and they betrayed me.
"Well,Justin, are you going to say anything or are you just going to stare at me like an idiot!?"I practically screamed at him. At this point, the whole courtyard was looking at us. Some kids had their cell phones out to video tape, but I didn't care.
"Mickie...I am so sorry...",Justin managed to say.
"You're only sorry because I caught you!That's why you're apologizing to me! Not because you're genuinally sorry, but because you are sorry that I caught you sneaking around with my best friend!" I was furious now.
"Mickie...I....I am so sorry. I love you,please forgive me." That made me burst.
"YOU ARE NOT SORRY! I HATE YOU I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU! YOU HURT ME AND BETRAYED MY TRUST AND I WILL NEVER TRUST YOU OR TALK TO YOU AGAIN! WE ARE OVER! ", I finally shouted at him. Boy did that feel good.
"AND AS FOR YOU! MY SUPPOSEDLY 'BEST FRIEND'! IT IS GOING TO TAKE ME A WHILE TO FORGIVE YOU,SO KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND DON'T BOTHER ME TIL' AT LEAST JANUARY!"It was November now, so that should give me time to cool off. I ran out of the courtyard,crying and furious, and ran into Tyler's arms. I just cried for 20 minutes on his shoulder and then the bell rang. Free period was last period, so Tyler drove me home. He invited me over, but I was exausted and had a bad day, so I just felt like going home. When I got home I did my homework and then just watched movies until dinner. After dinner, I showered and then went to bed. After my shower, I looked at my phone.
