This has happened to me before. I just moved from my old school to a city on the other side of the state. I told him Ina text from my new house and you have no idea how hard it was. So please, don't judge him for bad timing because it took a lot of courage for him to even look at you that day... reply

What are his bad decisions?
You could talk to him about it, maybe he will listen to you and try to change. Or you could just try dating him and if his bad decisions are affecting you or you can't stand them anymore, you could back out of the relationship. reply
