didnt put his arms around girls?
maybe he wasn't as close or even friends with them last year
you have to give him the benefit of the doubt
and although i say this, dont then just start making excuses for him
if he is actually going around talking to girls and ends up ignoring you, ignore my advice
but until then be one of those girls he hangs out with
dont be bitter towards the others or what he does with them just focus on making yourself known enough to him so that our the next girl he puts his arm around

isnt that why you've so easily grown to like him?
he doesn't intentionally mean to hurt you its just who he is
