Haha ok u ready for this training I'm doing it's crazy! Haha but I love basketball more then anything so it's all worth it.
Every morning: Lift weights and run Or do quickness drills.
Late Morning: Go to the gym play pickup or do my drills from coach.
Afternoon: special workouts (shooting, ball handling, defence, quickness)
Mid afternoon: Practice (for my summer legue team)
Night: games for my summer legue team.
Haha that's a regular day, but some days I have day camp all day, and other times I have sleepaway basketball camp :) it's just a basketball summer but what is really really good to work on is your strength and conditioning like every morning I go work out with the football team and not 2 brag but I am ripped! Also, insteadof being at the computer waiting for people to fave this, turn off the computer, go out for a run around your neighborhood or something. It'll be way more effective than this!(: reply

my driveway is a quarter mile long, haha. looong driveway. idk, just made me think of this. it's 12:26 am, i can't think straight! but gooodluck,♥ reply

Tone yes, flatten no. Weight is more to do with exercise and healthy eating. You're more likely to tone your body and strengthen your core doing sit ups. reply

yeah, but i'm 5'5 5'6 ish and i just turned 13.
i admit- it sucks. all the guys are flipping short. but they grow soon enough. reply
