yeah, that's how mine started. it began as this scene from my life when i was riding my bike, but i had no intent on being the main character. and then i wasn't really sure where the book was going, and it was all just me talking and no stories, so i decided to write in on my life, which is actually working out because i have an overly dramatic life so it really doesn't seem like it'd be real, but more of a story, so it works out! anyways so now i'm sort of just connecting the events of my life, only the super interesting parts of course, and it's working out. but i don't know where it's going either, because i can't see into the future of my life! well anyways i hope you publish something one day so i can read it!

I think mine started after I read a friend's story (which she never finished which really made me mad- though she did tell me it wasn't a serious writing of hers and that she had no intent on keeping it.) but anyways, after that, I had around the same number of mainish characters (I think it was six), then I slowly narrowed it down to five, then three xD After that I really had no clue what to do, and so I sort of left it at that, with a couple of pages of writing + a list of the characters and their backrounds. And I found it just sitting there in my folder of stuff around a year and a half later. It's amazing to me that I actually kept it after that long. I'd like to see one of your writings too! ;D Ooh ooh, have you ever heard of Wattpad? I find it the most amazing place to find stories *-*

that's erally awesome! i started writing a novel a while ago, but it's not coming along very quickly. i've got about 100 pages double spaced so far, but it has so far to go!
