I know that the last thing you probably want to do is to ask for help, but that is the only way it can get better. You need to tell someone, and then they can get you to a doctor who can help get you back into shape. There is nothing wrong with asking for help. reply

I know how you feel... mine saw mine, she pretty much called me and anyone like me a freak, teased me about it for months, then pretended it didn't exist... I would just wait it out to see if she really does reply

you can get through this I believe in you, I know it's hard when family finds out you cut but you can get through this. I started drawing and writing with sharpie on myself, it helps a little but just try to get your mind off of cutting. stab and rip a stuffed animal, it actually helps. good luck reply
