It's mostly makeup...a lot of the new freshman at my school have the faces of 20 year olds with make up and the bodies of 12 year old lol.

I know a 10 year old girl in my street. Well, she has a boyfriend, she swears, thinks me and my friend are stupid, stuffs her bras and wears tight tops. Also she talks in a stupid fake Essex accent

I don't know, man. I apparently look like a 16 year old according to a few people, and my sister says with make-up I look 18.

Maybe some super-beam was blasted onto Earth causing everyone born from then on forward to look older.
