Chapter 10
After about 4 days of not seeing any of my friends, Jose invited me to go to Zacks house with him and a bunch of people.
I agreed, and Jose offered me a ride, of course i said yes.
That night, i put on a tight dark blue v-neck and black sweatpants.
Jose picked me up at around 6.
"Hey.." I mumbled
"Hi Skye" He said as he opened the front door of the car for me
"By the way, whose going to be there tonight?"
"Well like Me you Ben Joslyn Alex Zack and Mark"
"UGHHHHHHHH Maybe i wont go."
"No wait why not?"
"Cause umm..guess." I mumbled
"Ben&Joslyn?"
"You got it."
"Skye listen to me, dont let them bother you. His relationships never last long anyway, unlike mine" he said with a wink as he nudged my arm.
"Oh shut it Jose" I playfully hit him back on this upper arm.
"Hahah, Skye, dont deny your love for me."
As we walked into Zacks family room, i saw Ben with his arm around Joslyn.
I looked right at him, and gave him a fake smile as i rolled my eyes.
He smiled a nice smile, and patted the extra seat next to him.
I shook my head, turned on my heel, and walked the other way.
Clearly Jose saw that all happen, cause he followed me down the hall.
"I told you not to be bothered by him" he called down the long hall.
"Well guess waht, IM BOTHERED."
Tears welled up in my eyes and i sat on the stairs with my face in my arms.
Jose sat next to me, took me and wrapped him in his arms against his chest.
"Listen Skye, dont be so upset, itll be okay, i promise"
I hugged him and he got up for a second.
"Ill be right back."
He went to the bathroom, and came back within the minute with a box of tissues.
"Here" he said coming back to me and cuddling back up next to me.
"Thanks" i said giving him a weak smile
"No problem. And if you ever want to leave just tell me, ill take you home."
As the night went on, i met Alex *who turned out to be a girl* and Mark.
They were both a little quiet, but seemed to be very funny.
Later in the night i talked to Ben a little,
Until Joslyn came out of no where, sat on Bens lap, and started kissing him and rubbing his neck.
Both of them left within the hour, to go back to his house.
"Well uh guys im gunna go back to my place with Jos, my familys out till next week soo well be alone. Dont bug usss kay? Thanks for inviting us though" as Ben explained it
"Jose?"
"Yes?"
"We need to go."
