    eat breakfast!
    It speeds up your metabolism (which burns dem cals) and you burn off breakfast calories just breathing and existing anyway.
    (it has to be healthy though, sorry, dont shoot me)

    Don't pay attention to all the fad diets you see everywhere.
    No diet works as well as the healthy diet. Don't eat cake evey day, but don't starve yourself either. Put down the nutella and pick up the fruit salad. It's not nearly as hard as everyone says, I promise.

    Hey lovelies!
    How to get rid of a pimple overnight
    (new and improved because I got a request for it :)
    my favorite methods:
    1: Icing. Wrap an ice cube in a paper towel and hold in on the zit until it's numb and the ice cube has completely melted away. Don't press down. Repeat if you need to!
    2: Tea tree oil. If you're lucky enough to have this stuff lying around the house, then stick a q-tip in it and just dab it on.
    3. mix some salt and water together until the water it pretty much completely saturated with salt. I mean a LOT of salt. dip 3 cotton balls in it and hold one of them down on the zit for 3 minutes. Next, take the other 2 wet cotton balls and place them on either side of the spot. Slowly move them together until the bump is gone.
