Unfortunately, this is a a problem I have too. Haha, do you mean like, flirting? If you like the guy, it should be pretty easy. Be yourself. Say what comes to mind. And don't worry about sounding witty or smart, be nice, guys actually find it cute when you mess up or say something a bit dumb. Prettend you'r e talking to your friends. Now obviously, if the guy is being mean or stupid, there's no point in even talking to him. he's a jerk. Hope I helped!

Same here. It sort of depends on the amount of time that you give yourself. When I'm in a hurry to catch the bus, I usually grab an apple and an orange, and occasionally a granola bar. I eat the apple on the bus and the orange in class, because I'm a total rebel. You can make yourself some instant oatmeal in the morning, and you can NEVER go wrong with some toast and jam. :)
