IM HAVING RELATIONSHIP PROBLEMS. i REALLY LIKE MY BEST FRIEND BUT I DONT KNOW IF HE LIKES ME BACK. wE TALK NONSTOP ALL DAY EVERYDAY. aND WHEN EVER HE SEES ME HE SMILES. bUT WHAT IF THATS JUST A FRIEND THING. WHAT IF HE JUST DOESN'T LIKE ME LIKE THAT wHAT SHOULD I DO?!

Classic. You should just look for some usual hints. Even try to get up the nerve and ask him if he likes you? That's the classic response. Ask his friends, too. If he only ever seems interested in you, then he probably does like you.

Fruits and veggies. Obvs. Whenever you can! Water, too. Water can actually help clear skin, too. And it's 0 calories and completely natural and filling. Go for anything natural and look at the ingredients. If you can actually pronounce them, then it is probably safe. Go for things that don't have preservatives. No white bread. Try to cut out little things like ice cream and soda and candy. If you eat those things regularly then by stopping you can easily lose weight. Even try running up down the block for a little if you feel up to it. I have tons of tips and I can go into specifics but I'm not sure I have space to type it all up. :) If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
