People always worry about the same things. There are lots of vain, stupid, ignorant people in the world.....so many, that it's scary.....It makes me not want to socialize with most people. Obsessing over your looks or your weight won't make you automatically better looking or happier. Obsessing over having or not having a boyfriend or girlfriend won't make you instantly less lonely...People are lonely because its a feeling within themselves.....another person isn't instantly going to take away those feelings. Obsessing over how many friends you have or don't have or how many material things you own won't make you any happier or fulfilled. The point is, nothing good comes from being obsessed. Happiness isn't a prize that's won. Happiness, like lonliness, is a feeling inside.....happiness depends on yourself, not someone else.....I think lonliness is a state of mind, not how many people are around you. Because a happy, content person can spend most of their time alone, and feel perfectly fine, while a person surrounded by people and attention, can be miserable deep down. Being alone doesn't mean you are lonely or unhappy, and being with people doesn't mean you happy

I think people who constantly have to be surrounded by friends or always be in a relationship, in order to feel important, is sad
I am not defined by anyone, especially not the people in my life. I can be alone and still feel important. I don't let my worth depend on another person's company
I think people who are too afraid or unable to think for themselves, is sad. There are lots of people like this, who really have no individuality. They may copy things other people do, because they are unable to do those things, themselves (especially people who lack artistic talent. These people are the worst at taking the credit for work that others do, because they simply are unable to have artistic ability)
Being able to make your own decisions, regardless of what others think, shows strength. Not caring about what others think, shows bravery. Being able to create or do things, on your own, shows independence. It is good to take advice from people and respect people, but not to the point where people walk all over you and cause you to be unable to to think for yourself
I think people who follow trends and phads, and like things, just because other liked them first, is sad.
I don't follow trends. I like what I like. I don't care if its popular or understood by other people. I do things I enjoy, not so that I can be accepted by other people. If people like me, that's great. If people hate me, that's too bad. I don't live my life in order to please others or get them to like me. I just live my life, and that's the most important thing, I think.

What I say: Sorry, I'm not feeling chatty
What I mean: Sorry I'm not feeling chatty. But I'm telling you this because I want you to carry on talking to me because I'm feeling really alone and I really need you here. Sorry I can't say much but I'd really like you to say something...

What is it with people and s l u t shaming?
I just got insulted by a bunch of people on facebook because I said that
I think there's nothing wrong with miley cyrus's "Wrecking Ball" video.
Really? Let me tell you one thing, she is a grown woman, she can
do what she wants, we are nobody to judge. We can't say "Omigosh, miley's
changed so much." Yes, she has changed, everyone has changed, tell me, are
you the same as you were 5 years ago? Exactly. You might not like the change,
but, you have to respect it.
