That awful moment when one of your worst fears happens and there is literally nothing you can do to stop it and you just sit there feeling like you are in a dream and you don't understand how what's going on can be real and then the sobs start and you realize that its not a nightmare that its reality and you can literally feel your heart shatter into a million pieces and you have no one around to pull you into a hug and tell you everything is going to be alright and you have no one to talk to and you feel like you are literally alone and you feel like its never going to be okay again
