In my opinion, the only way to get out of your depression is to put a lot of effort into it.
Make plans for later on in the year, or even in the week, the thought of something to look forward to really helps.
Spend some more time with your family, you'll learn to love them when you spend more time with them.
Stay away from your friends, but don't distance yourself too much.
Trust me, it helps.
I tried to overdose 13 times, I know how it feels to be unhappy.
Over one year later, and I feel a bit better, I've made plans.
In September I'll be 18, I'm doing a skydive with my sister, I'm getting a tattoo and I'm going to live properly for once.
You should do the same.
I'll admit that it's a big scary world out there, but that's just life.
