People who make fun of cosplayers and convention-goers are idiots because that is probably the most fun thing in the world to meet people from the same fandom in person. It doesn't matter that they're strangers, they're people who you instantly connect with and they're people who have the same interests with you. You can run around, laughing about the things you love, quoting them and just talking about them as much as you want. I love it so much and if you are going to make fun of me for that, don't even bother talking to me
