Hey, can you do one thing for me?
It might be difficult to do, or it might be easy, depending on what's going on in your life. But can you promise to wake up tomorrow morning, a depressing little Monday morning, and go to the mirror without your makeup on yet, and say "I'm beautiful and I will have a fabulous day today." Because sometimes saying that kind of thing helps you to believe it's true. I know it's true, but I know you may not. Sometimes, even saying one positive sentence like that can give you hope. And hope is becoming more and more rare nowadays.
So, can you promise you'll be positive tomorrow? It'll be a challenge, but just try it. Just clean your mind of all the bad thoughts and keep hope. If you can't do it for yourself, do it for me. Do it for all of your friends, your family, anyone you care about. I'll do it with you, we can be positive and hopeful together. Please. I don't like to see you so sad.
