nope, it is just too much of a risk it would be copied, especially on a site like this...its unfortunate, but I saw this coming...and I do not believe people really understood my poetry anyway....at least most people

You can always copy and paste the content into the search bar to see if it WAS copied? I thought your alternative was posting less personal items?

yea well I just feel like its best to keep my poetry to myself for now....i always write really deep stuff and truly do not think Witty is a site for stuff like that....and anyway, now I know people can simply take my words and post them on Instagram and I certainly do not want that to happen with my poetry, for now I just have to be my own audience, so to speak

How did you even find your poetry on instagram? How would you stumble across that? It's understandable, but it's such a pity that you are stopping after you just started again.

i didnt find my poetry on Instagram, I found personal stuff I wrote about eating disorders, i found it on accounts I like actually..which just tells me whatever people post online has the potential to be copied by someone else...its sad but its true...this is just a lesson for me...people are inspired by pretty words, but when it comes down to it, do not really care who really sits and puts their heart and mind into it....as long as it sounds like them, they will use it...my writing is part of me and people copied my words, so sadly i will just be posting simple stuff
