20 things I would tell my 13-year-old self:
1.) your little brother may seem like a demon now, but as he gets
older, he gets worse. however, he does have his good days so
remember that.
2.) your Wizard 101 obsession will last a couple years, but
you'll finally give up when you try to get to Avalon.
3.) you're going to love cats so much more than you already
do.
4.) you'll be obsessed with Justin Bieber until around the
time you turn 16. you'll realize there are way better artists
out there (hint hint: Taylor Swift)
5.) you're going to have a lot of good times at your
dad's little cottage before you move in with Georgia and her
family. and the fun won't stop there.
6.) you don't talk to Charles and Becky anymore, so don't
worry about them.
7.) YOU WILL NOT BECOME MRS. BIEBER ONE DAY. PLEASE IMPLANT THAT
IN YOUR MIND FOREVER OKAY?
8.) don't take days off from school just because you're
mad at your friends. it's not worth it.
9.) you'll never talk to Erin ever again after seventh grade.
yeah she's cool but you guys weren't meant to be friends
anyway.
10.) good friends don't hold grudges. please remember
that.
11.) everyone forgot about that huge fight you had with Charles
in science class.
12.) it's been a few years but you'll learn to laugh
about Alec calling you a lemon.
13.) you and Georgia are going to get in a fight where you
don't talk for a couple months, but when you finally talk
again, it's going to be awesome. and yes, she's going to
hopefully be one of your best friends forever.
14.) you'll talk to that annoying kid next door less and
less.
15.) Hannah moves away and you won't care at all, sorry.
16.) if you think you're "sort of" a stalker now,
you'll soon become a pro at Facebook stalking, Twitter
stalking, Instagram stalking, and wait, this is the best one:

17.) so you're obsessed with that kid Alec right now right?
well, once he moves to Colorado, you'll fall out of love
pretty fast. you'll start crushing on an adorable blonde
haired athlete who will be a total jerk to you but you'll
love him anyway. then in high school you'll become obsessed
with the hottest and tallest brunette with the biggest and most
beautiful brown eyes you've ever seen. you'll never have
a chance with him though, sorry. and as for the guy after him?
well, that's Joe. and he's going to have a huge impact on
your life. but I won't spoil that for you.
18.) SERIOUSLY JUSTIN BIEBER ISN'T THAT GREAT.
19.) you're going to be scared staying home alone those first
few times but as you get older, you'll learn to love it.
20.) you're a very very sweet girl right now, and you're
also pretty innocent. sorry but that's going to change once
you have your first boyfriend.
