It's like this: in a kingdom, the king or queen could sentence someone to death, but they were usually not the one to actually kill the person, they had like executioners to do the dirty work.

So for me, the woman I love passed the sentence (she doesn't love me back) she should have been the one to tell me, but her best friend told me, so she is no queen of mine.
