You don’t think a panic attack is that bad?

How would you like it for your hands and feet to go numb? To not be able to breathe properly, and have to take sharp intakes of breath. How would you like it to feel claustrophobic and feel like there’s no where to go? Or to feel so sick you can’t stand up? To suddenly burst in to tears and not know why? How would you like it to feel dizzy, to shake, or to feel like your having a heart attack? Would you like to feel like you’re choking on your own breath?

Now, tell me a panic attack isn’t that bad.
