We were on the bus coming home from all region try outs (he made
second band, fifth chair! [he plays trombone]) and we were talking
about choir and he was like "well I like to sing but I've
been told I can't do it"
so I told him to sing for me and he sang Radioactive by Imagine
Dragons and I was like "wow you're way better than some of
the guys in choir" and he was like "aw thanks"
and then he started singing a system of a down song
haha
